Code of Conduct

Preamble 

Our corporate culture is based on values like a transparent cooperative partnership and profitability to protect jobs. We are aware of the responsibility to act according to it in accordance with the environment. This represents the only way to grow sustainable with our colleagues, customers and suppliers. 

The BEVER-Code of Conduct displays all the values and rules which must be observed by our business partners. 

 

Compliance with Laws and Regulations 

The Law of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the General Declaration of Human Rights of the United must be observed. Fair competition and antitrust law must be respected. 

The business partners are not participating in money loudering activities. 

Gifts or invitations for our emplyees are only allowed if they have a small value and if they are according to common business practices. 

 

Environmental Protection 

We expect from our business partners to protect the environment according to all applying laws, guidelines and international rules. 

Dangerous substances and materials must be handled and stored according to the demands of the materials. 

The business partners are steady minimizing and optimizing the use of resources. 

 

Protection of Human Rights / Social Working Conditions 

Child and forced labor is strictly forbidden. 

In the recruitment process the suppliers must assure non-discrimination on the basis of race, nationality, color, disability, gender, age, pregnacy or other legally proteced human attributes. 

The salary and hours of work must be in accordance with the applicable law. 

Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining must be respected. 

Working hours shall be observed in accordance with the applicable laws. 

The safety and the human well-being at the work place must be assured at any time. The applicable laws must be observed,
