Our corporate philosophy

Our company claim is not for nothing "Connects across generations". We are interested in deep and lasting relationships characterised by trust and transparency. At every point of the collaboration, we do our utmost to achieve the best possible results. Quality whether it is advice, products or additional services such as delivery and information. We also make this quality promise to our employees: We treat them as our most important resource and support them accordingly wherever possible.

Sustainability as the basis of our actions

The demand for environmentally and climate-friendly solutions is continuously increasing. The more sustainably we act and produce, the better our partners can respond to these demands from their customers. However, sustainability is not a trend for us, but a principle that we have been living for a long time. For example, we already generate two thirds of the energy we use ourselves. We also regularly optimise and minimise our use of resources.

Connects across generations

We are a family business with many years of tradition and experience in our business sector. We particularly appreciate the values and principles that have shaped us and to which we still adhere today. Each generation brings its own experience, strengths and competencies, which can be optimally utilised in cooperation. Through the cooperation of the different generations in the company, we create a positive working environment in which innovations and ideas can emerge.

Started in 1978 as a pure trading company, the BEVER Gesellschaft für Befestigungsteile Verbindungselemente mbH today a manufacturer of high-quality fastening technology - and a permanent fixture as well as an established supplier to the construction industry. Thanks to decades of experience, we know exactly what our partners need and how we can meet their requirements. And thanks to our own development and production, we can react flexibly to changing needs in the industry and continue to optimise our solutions. At our location in Kirchhundem, Sauerland, we manufacture, store and distribute products that bring real added value to our customers. Personal exchange, respectful interaction and a shared vision are what count for us: Creating connections that withstand the future.

Purchase of a 6000sqm plot in the planned industrial estate in Kirchhundem-Würdinghausen
After reunification, direct business start-up in East Germany and since then represented throughout Germany with its own sales force

1990-1991

New construction of office, warehouse and production hall and relocation
Acquisition of modern bending machines and automatic punching machines

1993

The first general building authority approval is granted by Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik
